About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Controller, ideally with a background in the finance of the arts, construction, and/or co-ops, and a strong grasp of financial and administrative tools to support our Finance team. This position requires a high degree of coordination, communication, and administration, with direct involvement in cross-departmental alignment. Candidates must bring financial know-how with excellent written and verbal communication, have solid knowledge of accounting practices, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
